THE REALITY OF ETERNITY

SCRIPTURE: But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 2 Peter 3:10

 

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Heaven is real! Hell is also real!

 

I heard a story from Kenneth E. Hagin; he said he had a cousin who got married to a man that hated everything about God. The man hated everything about church and pastors.  A time came when the man suddenly felt sick and slipped into coma. After a while, he woke up. He saw the reality of hell while in coma, so he pleaded with his children to call anyone who knew anything about God for him. So they sent for Kenneth Hagin and he came to see the man on his sickbed but it was quite unfortunate that the man slipped back into unconsciousness again. The only way the man could express his experience while passing out was by shouting, ‘Heat! Fire! Darkness!’ Every attempt to bring him back to life was futile.  He passed on to eternity in hell. He was looking for God at the wrong time.

 

Beloved, Heaven is real! Hell is also real! Many people are on their way to eternity in hell. So, it is a matter of urgency to go for the harvest of souls into God’s Kingdom.

 

Remember this: Heaven is real! Hell is also real!

3. Do not allow anything to kill your passion for evangelism.
