Things that accompany the anointing:
1. The anointing comes with its allocation.
2. The anointing comes with a crown.
3. The anointing comes with honour and dignity.
4. The anointing comes with favour and opportunity - 1 Samuel 10.
5. The anointing is accompanied by glory and beauty - Exodus 28:40- 41.
6. The anointing brings a seal of distinction.
2. The anointing comes with a crown - Leviticus 21:12. The anointing establishes people in royalty. Those anointed by God are eternal excellencies. Though many rich and popular people will come and go, but the anointed person lives through them all as an exalted figure. (Daniel was an example such man).
Implications of the crown:
a. The anointing positions the anointed over territories, domains and spheres of influence.
b. The anointing positions the anointed in the realm of wealth and resource control.
c. The anointing gives the anointed both royal access and treatment.
3. The anointing comes with honour and dignity - Hebrews 5:4. There is an honor that comes with the anointing.
1 Samuel 9:6 - a man of God is an honourable man. With the anointing, we are naturally respected and recognised beyond our age and certificates.
The implications of honour and dignity:
a. The anointing changes the climate around the life of the anointed, the climate is changed from that of ordinary existence to the climate of honourable existence.
b. The anointing influences the perception and reception of people regarding the anointed.
c. The anointing enhances and upgrades the overall worth and value of the anointed.
Counsel:
Whatever you do in life, always ensure that you function in the anointing - 1 John 2:20.
How to access the anointing:
1. Kingdom assignment - Job 36:11; Exodus 23:25.
2. Kingdom investment - Genesis 14:18. No matter how anointed a person is, if he is not a giver, he dies a beggar.
